Text to Speech Bot

In order to solve the task of voicing a text with another person's voice, a text-to-speech bot integrated with Elevenlabs API was developed. This bot allows users in Telegram to upload audio files, enter text, and automatically generate its voicing with a voice corresponding to the voice from the uploaded files.
